Retinal and Vitreous Surgery

Laser Photocoagulation can be used and performed in our office for many eye conditions such as: Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal Hole & Tears and Macular Degeneration.

Pneumatic Retinopexy is a procedure where a gas bubble is injected into the vitreous cavity and floats to reattach the retina. This procedure can be used for Retinal Detachments.

Scleral Buckle surgery is a silicon buckle or band and is used in the repair of Retinal Detachment.

Vitrectomy surgery is with a 23 gauge technique that is used for many retinal conditions such as: Vitreous Hemorrhage, Macular Hole, Macular Pucker and Retinal Detachments.
